What to do when the practice is closed
If you require urgent medical attention, advice or a home visit when the surgery is closed then please contact NHS 111 by dialing 111 free. You can also telephone the surgery on the usual number, 020 7275 0077 and you will be directed to our out of hours service provider, NHS 111.
In emergency situations, such as if you are experiencing severe chest pain, sudden disabling breathlessness, collapse or severe injury, please telephone the emergency services on 999 immediately.
Please remember that Accident and Emergency is for urgent life threatening conditions and severe injuries only. If your problem isn’t life threatening then it is best to call NHS 111 on the above number, for advice and assessment.
