Local Carers Services
Hackney Carers Centre
Caring for someone can be very isolating. Support groups can help you cope with caring responsibilities, meet other people in similar situations and feel less isolated. The groups allow carers to seek practical and emotional support and up-to-date information from a member of the team. Carers are welcome to pop along to any of the group meetings, where refreshments are available in comfortable surroundings.
